'From the 12th June 2017 there will be the ability to access and share your information between the seven GP practices in the North Ceredigion GP Cluster as well as other health and social care professionals in the community when they are providing you with clinical care.
This is underpinned by the new Caldicott principle that the duty to share personal confidential data can be as important as the duty to respect patient confidentiality’.
Cambrian Primary Care
Cambrian Primary Care is a new GP federation which includes the seven GP practices in North Ceredigion. It has been established to enable the surgeries to work together to develop services for patients, share skills between the surgeries, jointly employ staff and provide strengthened primary care services in Mid Wales.
